Calvin Tankman vs. Willie Mack set for MLW Fightland

MLW has announced its first match for Fightland 2022. 

One-half of the MLW Tag Team Champions, Calvin Tankman, will face Willie Mack in singles competition. 

“When we announced Willie was coming to MLW, we saw a wave of requests for this match, and what the fans want, they get,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer. “Styles make fights and both men can rumble on their feet and in the air, which makes this one hell of a throwdown.”

It will be Mack’s second match with the promotion after having made his debut last month in El Paso, Texas. 

MLW Fightland takes place Sunday, October 30 from Philadelphia’s 2300 Arena. The event will be filmed for future episodes of Fusion. 

Other talent advertised to appear include MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Hammerstone, MLW World Women’s Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie, Jacob Fatu & The Samoan SWAT Team, Mance Warner, Alex Kane & The BOMAYE Fight Club, EJ Nduka, and Shun Skywalker.
