Second round matches set for New Japan Cup
With the first round concluding this morning, the full schedule of matches for the next round of the New Japan Cup is now set.
Night four of the New Japan Cup this morning saw EVIL, Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI, and BUSHI advance in the tournament. EVIL vs. Goto and YOSHI-HASHI vs. BUSHI will now take place in the second round.
The second round matches for the left side of the bracket will be held tomorrow (June 24), while the second round matches for the right side of the bracket are taking place on July 1. Here’s the updated schedule for the tournament:

The next three shows will feature one non-tournament match. There will be two non-tournament matches on July 3, and the card for the finals on July 11 will have 7-9 matches in total.
The winner of the tournament will challenge Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and IWGP Intercontinental Championship in the main event of Dominion on July 12.
