Dijak makes first post-WWE appearance at indie show

Dijak’s post-WWE career has officially begun as he made a surprise appearance for New England indie promotion Blitzkrieg Pro on Saturday night.
Moments after CPA had won the company’s Bedlam title in their main event, he was celebrating with several members of the roster when a tall man dressed in black with a mask joined in on the fun. However, no one seemed to know who he was until he revealed himself and laid everyone out including the new champion, completing his attack by hitting a Feast Your Eyes and later looking at the title belt.
Afterward, he cut a two-minute promo that was not on the IWTV on demand airing:
Dijak made news to kick off the weekend by revealing that WWE had chosen to not renew his contract at the last minute, making him a free agent on Friday.
The 37-year-old teased something earlier in the day Saturday on social media, but gave no hint as to where he might be appearing.
He has already been announced for two shows:
- RevPro on July 28th in Coventry, England, against Michael Oku.
- Prestige Wrestling/Deadlock Pro/West Coast Pro Wrestling on September 29th in Portland, Oregon, against an opponent to be named.
