X-Division, Knockouts Tag Team title matches set for Impact Bound for Glory
On the same night he racked up another successful defense of the Impact X-Division title, “Speedball” Mike Bailey learned who his title challenger will be at Bound for Glory.
The returning Frankie Kazarian survived a Triple Threat Revolver match at Friday’s Victory Road to earn the title shot. He will be looking for his sixth X-Division title reign and his first since 2011.
Bailey defended against Delirious on Friday’s show for his 11th successful defense. This will be his first-ever meeting with Kazarian.
The Knockouts Tag Team titles will also be on the line as VXT (Deonna Purrazzo & Chelsea Green) defend against Taya Valkyrie & Jessicka. Valkyrie and Rosemary previously held the titles, but in a brawl Friday, Jessicka held her own and got the opportunity to step in.
Mickie James will continue her win or retire run toward a Knockouts title shot as she faces Mia Yim. If James loses, she will call it a career.
