Tag Team, X-Division title matches set for Impact Emergence

Two more title matches are now official for Impact Emergence following Thursday’s show. 

One will see X-Division Champion Josh Alexander take on new no. 1 contender Jake Something. Something won a four-way Thursday that also featured former champion Rohit Raju, Trey Miguel and Daivari that saw Something get the pin after the black hole slam.

Something will be going for his first gold in Impact while Alexander will be gunning for the eighth defense of the title.

The other will see Tag Team Champions The Good Brothers take on Violent by Design and Willie Mack & Rich Swann in a three-way for the titles. VBD went to Scott D’Amore Thursday and said they wanted to confirm their rematch clause, but since they were beaten by Swann and Mack recently, he decided to make it a three-way dance instead.

Airing on Impact Plus, Emergence will be taped during the next round TV tapings in Nashville later this month.

The show will also see Kenny Omega defend the World title against the winner of next Thursday’s battle royal.
