Jordynne Grace regains Knockouts title at Impact Slammiversary

Jordynne Grace is once again Impact Knockouts Champion, regaining the title in the first-ever Queen of the Mountain match at Slammiversary.

The win kicks off her second reign with the first lasting 182 days in the first half of 2020.

The match also featured champion Tasha Steelz, former champions Deonna Purrazzo and Chelsea Green, and Mia Yim.

The end came when Steelz and Grace both pinned Yim, making them both eligible to win the title per the match rules. Grace then hit a Grace Driver on Steelz to send her to a penalty box for two minutes. She then climbed a ladder in the ring to hang the title and win the match.

Steelz’s reign ends at 102 days after she won the title by defeating Mickie James at May’s Sacrifice. James was the special guest enforcer for tonight’s match.

Purrazzo and Green had the spot of the match, falling through tables after a drop from a ladder inside the ring.

The title change was one of many Sunday as the X-Division, Knockouts Team Titles and the men’s Tag Team titles also changed hands.
