Joe Hendry to defend TNA World title on next week’s Impact
Joe Hendry will put the TNA World title on the line on the final Impact before next Friday’s Sacrifice event.
As announced during this week’s show, Hendry will defend the TNA World Championship on the Thursday, March 13 Impact in an open challenge. Hendry will be in action at Sacrifice in a 10-man tag team steel cage match.
Also set for the Sacrifice go-home edition of Impact, Eddie Edwards and Leon Slater will square off. Each will also be on opposite teams in the 10-man cage match at Sacrifice.
In another Sacrifice preview, Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich and Lei Ying Lee will team against Tessa Blanchard and WWE NXT’s Cora Jade on next week’s Impact. Jade challenges Slamovich for the Knockouts title at Sacrifice, while Blanchard faces Lee on that show.
WWE NXT’s Wes Lee will be in action on Impact next week against Laredo Kid. Also announced, Rosemary takes on Xia Brookside.
