Impact Wrestling’s Deonna Purrazzo, Steve Maclin get engaged
Ring of Honor Women’s Champion and AAA Reina de Reinas Champion Deonna Purrazzo and Steve Maclin are now engaged to be married.
The couple shared the news on Saturday via Instagram and Twitter from Beaufort, South Carolina:
The two call Impact Wrestling their primary working home while also doing indies.
The 27-year-old Purrazzo spent three years in WWE developmental from 2018 through April 2020 when she was part of the big round of pandemic cuts. She returned to Impact that same year and re-invented herself, winning the Knockouts title and later the ROH and AAA women’s belts as well.
The 34-year-old Maclin (Stephen Kupryk) was in WWE from 2014 through 2021, spending most of his time in NXT and making his main roster debut in April 2020. He was cut in February 2021 and later signed with Impact.
Maclin will be part of next Saturday’s No Surrender as part of Team Impact vs. Honor No More. Purrazzo isn’t booked for the show as of now.
