For subscribers: Board access restored, troubleshooting tips

For our subscribers, thank you for your patience as our message board upgrade is now complete.

Every current subscriber should be able to log in and post now. However, a lot of users are reporting password and login issues. The following steps will resolve a majority of those issues. Note that you should not use your email address to log in.

  1. The first thing to be aware of is that single logins are not working consistently right now as you will have to manually log into The Board directly. You will find a dropdown menu at the top right of the front page of the board.
  2. If that dropdown gives you an error, your password is incorrect. Go here to reset your password. After a reset, you should be able to log in. If not, head to step 3.
  3. If you continue to see password errors after changing your password, open a Help Desk ticket. If you do not get an error and it seems to take your login but does not show the Board, head to step 4.
  4. You may need to delete your cache and cookies related to oursite. If you are still unable to log in after clearing both cache and cookies, please try a different browser or device.

If all of this fails, please open a Help Desk ticket.
