Some notes on special perks and events for Observer website subscribers for WrestleMania week

For WrestleMania week, there are a number of activities for Wrestling Observer subscribers scheduled:

– Walemania on Thursday at Taste Night Club in Santa Clara

If you are an Observer subscriber and contact Garrett Gonzales by Thursday (roheblius-at-gmail-dot-com), you can get VIP treatment for a regular ticket price, which includes meeting Rey Mysterio and Konnan.

– Jim Ross 

For the Jim Ross one man show happening on Saturday afternoon, you can get a private Observer subscribers only meet and greet with Ross at about 3:15 p.m. after the completion of his 1 p.m. show at the Rockbar Theater in San Jose.  This is also a special as you get the meet and greet with a General Admission ticket. – Other Events

A dinner will be held at Fogo De Chao (Suite 1090, 377 Santana Row, San Jose, CA 95128) at 5 PM on Friday, March 27. It will be a pre-pay diner costing $80 which includes all you can eat fire-roasted meats, salads, side dishes, and dessert, fountain beverages, coffee and tea. Mixed drinks and beer can be bought at the bar separately. Payment must be sent via PayPal — f4wfan-at-hotmail-dot-com — (use the Gift option to avoid fees) with your name and the names of those coming with you. Payment is due ASAP.

The bus will pick up everyone going to the dinner at 4:30 at the Wrestlecon Hotel and take us to Fogo. It will then go back to the Wrestlecon hotel to pick up people not going to dinner at 5:30, and then pick us up at Fogo at 6:15-6:30 and take us to ROH. After the event, the bus will do drop offs at the Ramada and the Wrestlecon hotel. Cost for the bus is $40/person if you’re doing the dinner, $50 if you’re not doing the dinner, and $15/person if you’re just riding the bus to the dinner. Limited seats remain, so email Ed — f4wfan-at-hotmail-dot-com –to reserve your spot. All payments are due at the time of booking. If possible, the bus will go directly to San Jose State to catch the end of the NXT show following the ROH event.
