TUESDAY NEWS UPDATE

WWE
- The next member of this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class will be revealed on WWE Backstage tonight. The new Hall of Famer will be appearing on tonight’s show.
- Jeff Hardy will also appear on Backstage tonight.
- What Erick Rowan has been carrying around in his cage was finally revealed on Raw last night, with it being a giant spider puppet.
- Bianca Belair tweeted about The Street Profits winning the Raw Tag Team titles: “My Husband @montezfordwwe is a #RAW Tag Team Champion! So happy I could be there to share this moment with you! This is going to be a fun journey! #StreetProfits @AngeloDawkins”
- USA Network released a promo video for “Cannonball,” which premieres this summer and is co-hosted by The Miz.
- Renee Young was the guest on this week’s episode of Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia.
Other Wrestling
- In AEW’s Road to Denver video promoting tomorrow’s Dynamite, Cody explained why he got his Nightmare Family logo neck tattoo. Cody said he’s wanted to get the logo tattooed on him for more than a year and it isn’t something that he wants to cover up. Cody said if it represents anything, it represents individual identity.
- AEW uploaded video of Chris Jericho’s entrance from Revolution.
- Newsday has a feature story on MJF.
- The Havana Pitbulls (Rocky Romero & Ricky Reyes) will now face Bandido & Rey Horus at ROH Past vs. Present in Las Vegas on March 14. Despite Flamita suffering a torn meniscus last month, the match had originally been announced as The Havana Pitbulls vs. Bandido & Flamita. ROH noted that Flamita is still recovering from surgery.
- Killer Kelly vs. Allysin Kay has been added to Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport III. The show is taking place in Tampa, Florida on April 2.
- The Fight Network released their documentary on Tessa Blanchard’s Impact World Championship win.
- Impact announced a new TV distribution deal with Discovery India that will include 12 monthly Impact Plus specials airing on DSport and DSport HD.
- Matt Hardy will appear on Busted Open Radio with Dave LaGreca and Tommy Dreamer at 11 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow.
MMA
- The UFC released the first and second episodes of Embedded for Saturday’s UFC 248 PPV.
- Dana White thinks the entrance costume that Deontay Wilder wore for his fight against Tyson Fury did affect Wilder’s performance. White said “That’s why I don’t do any of that bulls*it in the UFC. I don’t like it. I don’t like any of that — I don’t know.”
- White is leaning toward making a rematch between Deiveson Figueiredo and Joseph Benavidez for the flyweight title.
- Rose Namajunas explained why she had declined a fight against Zhang Weili: “I was even offered Weili at the time, but I just — at the time I was still dealing with a lot of my own — just getting my head right, and I hired a mental coach that’s helping me do a lot of different things. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and I wasn’t ready for that just yet. I didn’t even really know if I wanted to fight at that time anymore, just because I wanted to make sure that this is something that I wanted to do and I wasn’t just like, ‘Let’s have another fight just because I’m good at it.”
- Demetrious Johnson will challenge Adriano Moraes for the ONE flyweight title on April 10.
