AEW/ROH

  • Dave Meltzer is reporting that four new matches will be added to Forbidden Door on tonight’s Dynamite.
  • AEW confirmed in a press release today that Forbidden Door will stream on the Bleacher Report app, website, and other connected devices for $49.99.
  • Forbes has a profile on AEW referee Aubrey Edwards.
  • Bleacher Report has a Q&A with Toni Storm.
  • Konosuke Takeshita now has a shirt for sale on ShopAEW.com.

Other Wrestling

  • NJPW posted a video of Juice Robinson essentially refusing to hand over the IWGP United States title that he was stripped of prior to Dominion. Will Ospreay defeated SANADA to become the new champion.
  • A press conference will be held on Fite TV tomorrow at 2:00 pm ET regarding the Ric Flair’s Last Match event.
  • John Cooper, Mayor of Nashville, will declare June 23 “Ric Flair Day” at the Nashville Fairgrounds at 1 pm.
  • Additional tickets for Ric Flair’s final match will take place on June 24th at 12 pm ET. The show was recently moved to a bigger arena, the Nashville Municipal Auditorium.
  • GCW uploaded Jon Moxley’s post-show promo from this past weekend’s You Wouldn’t Understand event.
  • A short video documentary on the Nick Wayne/Will Ospreay match that took place this past weekend at GCW I Never Liked You.
  • Bandido is out of the WrestleRex event on June 30 after suffering an injury at Triplemania this past weekend. Lince Dorado will take his place.
  • Lucha Libre AAA has announced an NFT partnership with Orange Comet.
  • Negro Casas and Volador Jr. have been pulled from JCW’s July 10th show in Ridgefield Park due to “lucha politics”.
  • Women of Wrestling have released their first trailer ahead of their return to television this fall on CBS affiliates.
  • Prestige Wrestling has uploaded a full match between Lee Moriarty and Konosuke Takeshita.
