Tuesday Update

WWE

  • Monday’s World Heavyweight title match between Seth Rollins and Jey Uso has been uploaded in full on WWE’s YouTube channel.
  • On Raw, Jey Uso’s ‘yeet’ shirt in a video package was blurred out and he did not use the line. PWInsider reported that this is because an independent wrestler by the name of Kasey Scott Huffman currently owns the trademark for pro wrestling use, having trademarked it back in 2021.
  • Main Event matches taped prior to Raw include Gigi Dolin vs. Elektra Lopez and Apollo Crews vs. Javier Bernal.
  • Fremantle, which releases WWE blu-rays and DVDs in the UK, announced that WWE has decided to leave home video and will not renew their license with Fremantle after 2023. The last home video release in the area will be the Crown Jewel pay-per-view on December 18 in the UK and December 22 in Germany.
  • The company has put new Ken Shamrock t-shirts up for sale.
  • Kelani Jordan spoke to Fox News ahead of her Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline on Saturday.
  • Free matches added to YouTube today include CM Punk vs. The Shield from TLC 2013, Pretty Deadly vs. The New Day from NXT Deadline 2022, and Pat McAfee vs. The Miz from WrestleMania 39.
