Sunday Update

  • Our weekly show with Garrett Gonzales on Friday had myself, John Muse, and Ethan Tyler discussing the 2024 Hall of Fame ballot. If you are into a historical look at Europe, Mexico, U.S., and other places, you’ll really like this show. Muse and Tyler really brought their A games and we’ve had a lot of very positive feedback on it.
  • Bryan and I will be back tonight talking about the weekend news.
  • PFL fighter Daiane Silva, 29, is in a coma after cutting weight for her 9/14 bout in London on a Bellator show. She had fought previously at 155 and cut to 145. MMA reporter Drake Riggs wrote “Can confirm she was in a coma and is still there, although her current status is unknown.  Everything has been eerily quiet as I’ve been tracking this story since it happened…It’s been kept under wraps because PFL and employees have been explicitly told not  to talk about it.” That is crazy that this has been kept quiet until today. PFL officials haven’t responded to questions.
