WrestleDream contract signing announced for next AEW Dynamite
“Hangman” Adam Page & Swerve Strickland will make their WrestleDream match official with a contract signing on the next AEW Dynamite.
It was revealed during this week’s Dynamite Grand Slam that Page & Strickland will sign the contract for their WrestleDream bout on the Wednesday, September 27 Dynamite.
Both The Elite and Mogul Embassy will be banned from ringside during the contract signing.
Page & Strickland will square off in a singles match at WrestleDream in Seattle, Washington on Sunday, October 1 on pay-per-view.
The Page vs. Strickland bout joins a WrestleDream lineup that also includes Bryan Danielson vs. Zack Sabre Jr., an AEW Tag Team title match, plus an ROH Tag Team title match.
Four matches have been announced for WrestleDream to this point. The current lineup:
- Bryan Danielson vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
- Hangman Page vs. Swerve Strickland
- AEW World Tag Team Championship: FTR defend against Aussie Open
- ROH World Tag Team Championship: MJF & Adam Cole defend against the winners of a number one contenders match at AEW Rampage Grand Slam (The Kingdom, The Hardys, The Righteous, or Best Friends)
