Will Ospreay okay to wrestle following AEW Revolution injury

Will Ospreay is okay to wrestle following an injury that took place at AEW Revolution.

Tony Khan confirmed on Wednesday that Ospreay will face Kyle Fletcher in a match between two members of the Don Callis family.

“It’s official: After one of the best AEW matches ever vs @Takesoup at #AEWRevolution, Will Ospreay will fight the incredible Kyle Fletcher TOMORROW!,” he wrote Tuesday night on X.

The match was first announced during Revolution on Sunday, but during the media scrum Khan said it was ‘questionable ’if Ospreay could compete after he scraped his back during his match against Konosuke Takeshita after taking a sheer drop brainbuster on the turnbuckle.

Ospreay and Fletcher also have a history in NJPW, where they, along with Fletcher’s Aussie Open partner Mark Davis, were part of the United Empire stable.
