Update on timeline for Juice Robinson’s AEW return

Juice Robinson is getting closer to a return after suffering a broken fibula on AEW Collision last November.

In the new issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that Robinson is now a few weeks away from resuming in-ring training. He underwent surgery near the end of last year to repair a broken fibula that happened while facing Will Ospreay in a Continental Classic match on the November 27 episode of Collision.

“Juice Robinson is a few weeks away from beginning in-ring training. At that point a time line should be there for a return,” Meltzer wrote. “Robinson snapped his fibula landing on it badly in a routine roll-up spot before the Styles clash in his 11/27 Continental Classic match with Will Ospreay in Chicago. He had surgery to repair it on 12/9.”

The match where Robinson got hurt was his first of the 2024 Continental Classic. He finished the bout in a loss to Ospreay but had to be removed from the remainder of the tournament.

As Robinson’s return date gets closer, Jay White — one of his stablemates in the Bang Bang Gang — is now sidelined. White was pulled from the 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament due to an injury. While not confirmed, it’s believed the injury is a broken hand that will require surgery.
