Two Tournament of Champions bouts set for next week’s AEW Dynamite
A pair of Tournament of Champions matches are set for the Wednesday, September 14 AEW Dynamite episode.
After defeating Hangman Page on this week’s episode, Bryan Danielson will take on Chris Jericho in a second round matchup next week. Jericho received a first round bye in the Tournament to crown a new AEW World Champion.
In the other match set for next week, Jon Moxley will face the winner of the Sammy Guevara vs. Darby Allin match set for this week’s Rampage. Moxley also received a bye in the Tournament of Champions. He lost the AEW World title to CM Punk at Sunday’s All Out pay-per-view, but Punk was stripped of the title at the top of Wednesday’s Dynamite following a backstage altercation involving The Young Bucks.
