Two title matches set for AEW Collision Spring BreakThru

Two title bouts, plus a women’s division tag match are set for Thursday’s special live AEW Collision Spring BreakThru episode.

Adam Cole will make his first defense of the TNT Championship on Thursday’s show in an open challenge. Cole defeated Daniel Garcia for the title at the Dynasty pay-per-view on April 6.

Prior to the title change, Cole and Garcia went to a time limit draw in a TNT title match at Collision Slam Dunk Saturday on the episode that aired on March 22.

In another title bout announced for the Thursday, April 17 Collision Spring BreakThru, Komander will defend the Ring of Honor TV Championship against Nick Wayne. Komander has made five successful defenses of the TV title since winning it at ROH Final Battle last December, including a victory over Wayne on the February 13 edition of Ring of Honor TV.

A women’s division tag team bout is also set for Thursday’s show, with Mercedes Mone and Harley Cameron teaming against Kris Statlander and Julia Hart. Mone advanced to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation women’s tournament with a win over Athena on Wednesday’s Dynamite, while Statlander will face Jamie Hayter in an Owen semifinals matchup on next week’s Dynamite.
