This follows a string of announcements over the last month regarding Collision, a new two-hour weekly television show on Saturday nights. After announcing that the first show will take place at the United Center in Chicago, Khan followed that announcement last week by announcing that CM Punk will be making his return to the promotion.
Stars that have been promoted for Collision include Thunder Rosa, Andrade El Idolo, Miro, and Scorpio Sky, talent that have not been seen recently on AEW Dynamite.
Here’s the current lineup for Colorado Springs, Colorado:
- AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy defends against Swerve Strickland
- Jay White vs. Ricky Starks [Juice Robinson & FTR banned from ringside]
- MJF promo
- JungleHook (Jack Perry & Hook) vs. Preston Vance & Dralistico in a Texas Tornado match
- Tony Khan will reveal the main event for the first edition of AEW Collision
