Tony Khan apologizes for AEW Dynamite technical issues on TBS

Tony Khan took to X to apologize for technical issues on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.

Khan blamed the issues, which affected the TBS feed, on a new operating system at the network. Khan said the international feed experienced no issues, and the situation would be fixed for Dynamite’s airing on the west coast.

“I apologize for the persistent issues at @TBSNetwork tonight with our #AEWDynamite feed,” he wrote. “As I understand, there were issues at TBS with a new operating system; thankfully AEW’s international feeds were unaffected. We’re working now to put a clean feed on TBS West later tonight!”

Khan also noted that the TSN feed experienced technical issues due to airing the US feed.

Dynamite throughout the night experienced audio glitching, notably during a sit-down interview between Darby Allin and Christian Cage. At one point during the program, the screen blacked out for approximately 15-20 seconds while the announcers were running down the card for this coming Saturday’s Collision. An all star eight man tag match was added, with Bryan Danielson, Wheeler Yuta, and FTR teaming together to take on Ricky Starks, Big Bill, and Aussie Open.
