Toni Storm vs. Alex Windsor set for AEW Rampage
The AEW Women’s World Champion will be in action on Friday’s Rampage.
AEW revealed during Wednesday’s Dynamite that Women’s World Champion Toni Storm will face Alex Windsor in a non-title match set to air on the Friday, June 14 Rampage episode.
Storm is on an eight-match winning streak in AEW, with her last defeat coming in a tag bout on the March 20 Dynamite. Storm’s most recent singles defeat came at the hands of Saraya at Dynamite Grand Slam last September.
Windsor made her AEW debut on the May 24 Rampage, teaming with Anna Jay in a loss to Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale. She made her ROH debut at the May 30 Ring of Honor TV taping, teaming with Diamante & Marina Shafir in a winning effort against Abadon, Leyla Hirsch & Lady Frost.
Storm vs. Windsor was the only bout announced for Friday’s episode during Wednesday’s Dynamite telecast, but the spoiler-free lineup for Friday’s episode is below. Friday’s Rampage was taped Wednesday night in Des Moines, Iowa.
