Three Owen Hart Cup matches announced for AEW Dynamite Beach Break
AEW Dynamite next week will be a special “Beach Break” episode presented by Discovery Channel’s Shark Week.
Three Owen Hart Cup matches have been announced for the show. A quarterfinal match in the men’s tournament will see Jeff Jarrett take on a wild card entrant. In men’s tournament semifinal action, PAC will wrestle the winner of Bryan Danielson vs. Shingo Takagi at Forbidden Door, and in a women’s tournament semifinal match, former friends and teammates Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander will go one-on-one.
AEW previously held Beach Break in Jacksonville (2021) and Cleveland (2022). The promotion did not run the event in 2023.
AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, July 3 is scheduled for the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Illinois. The updated lineup for the show is below.
