Three matches official for AEW Dynamite’s Canada debut

Three matches have been announced for next week’s AEW Dynamite debut show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

After issuing the challenge on last week’s episode, it was confirmed this week that Chris Jericho will defend the ROH World Championship against Bryan Danielson in Toronto on October 12. 

This will be the third meeting between the two in AEW, with each holding a victory over the other. Jericho defeated Danielson at All Out on September 4, while Danielson took the victory in their Grand Slam Tournament of Champions match on Dynamite on September 14

Also set for next week’s episode, Jungle Boy will face Luchasaurus. Christian Cage will be in Luchasaurus’ corner. 

The third match for next week’s Dynamite will feature Swerve Strickland facing Billy Gunn, stemming from a segment on this week’s show where Swerve interrupted a National Scissoring Day segment involving Gunn and The Acclaimed.
