Tag Team title tournament match booked for AEW Dynamite
Another Tag Team title tournament quarterfinals match has been added to the lineup for Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.
Tony Khan announced on social media Tuesday that Orange Cassidy & Trent Beretta of Best Friends will face Undisputed Kingdom’s Matt Taven & Mike Bennett on Wednesday’s Dynamite.
Another Tag Team title tournament quarterfinals match is already set for Wednesday’s show, with The Young Bucks facing Private Party.
The finals of the Tag title tournament are set for AEW Dynasty on Sunday, April 21.
In addition to the Tag tournament matches, a TBS title number one contender’s four-way is set for the show, with Kris Statlander vs. Willow Nightingale vs. Anna Jay vs. Skye Blue. Mercedes Mone will be on commentary for the bout, and the winner will challenge Julia Hart for the TBS Championship at Dynasty.
Swerve Strickland vs. Konosuke Takeshita in a number one contender’s match is also set for Wednesday’s episode.
Will Ospreay vs. Katsuyori Shibata rounds out Wednesday’s lineup.
