Tag Team Championship match announced for AEW Collision


The AEW World Tag Team Championship will be defended on this Saturday’s Collision episode.
Ricky Starks & Big Bill are set to make their first defense of the Tag titles against Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta on the Saturday, October 21 Collision show.
Bill & Starks defeated FTR to win the Tag titles on the October 7 Collision episode. Yuta & Castagnoli will have a tune-up match on Friday’s Rampage show against unnamed opponents.
An angle was shot on social media following Wednesday’s Dynamite to set up Eddie Kingston vs. Jeff Jarrett in a Memphis street fight for Collision where if Jarrett wins, Jay Lethal will receive an ROH World title match against Kingston.

Already announced for Collision is a singles bout between Miro and Action Andretti. Their contest will follow up on angles shot during last Saturday’s Collision where Miro’s wife CJ Perry and Andretti teased a managerial partnership, and Miro was then seen attacking Andretti in a pre-taped segment.
Saturday’s two-hour Collision will be immediately followed by a one-hour Battle of the Belts VIII special on TNT.
Additionally, an appearance by World Champion MJF has been announced for the following week’s Collision on Saturday, October 28.
