Street fight stipulation added to AEW Dynamite Tag Team title match
A street fight stipulation has been added to the AEW World Tag Team title match set for the Road Rager edition of Dynamite..
AEW tonight announced that Tony Khan had added the stipulation for this Wednesday’s show, where the Young Bucks will defend the AEW World Tag Team titles against Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo.
“AEW GM @TonyKhan has just declared that the World Tag Team Title match at#RoadRager THIS Wednesday in Miami will be a STREET FIGHT! It promises to be an epic title fight Wednesday on #AEWDynamite!” the tweet reads.
Kingston and Penta defeated The Young Bucks on this past Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite to earn a championship match. Kingston has continued to feud with the Young Bucks since the events of Double or Nothing in May, where the Bucks were able to retain the titles against Kingston and Jon Moxley.
The current card for Road Rager, which will take place in Miami, Florida, will feature the following:
- Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks vs. Penta El Zero Miedo and Eddie Kingston street fight title match
- Andrade El Idolo vs. Matt Sydal
- The Inner Circle (Santana, Ortiz, Jake Hager) vs. The Pinnacle (FTR and Wardlow)
- Cody Rhodes vs. QT Marshall strap match
- Orange Cassidy and Kris Statlander vs. The Bunny and The Blade mixed tag team match
- Chris Jericho and MJF face-to-face
