Sixteen-man tag team match added to AEW Dynamite
A new sixteen-man tag team match has been added to tonight’s Dynamite.
Tony Khan announced that Orange Cassidy will team up with the Dark Order to take on the Hardy Family Office, including Matt Hardy.
“In recognition of Mr. Brodie Lee, tonight Live on TNT on #AEWDynamite in Rochester I’ve asked the gentlemen of Dark Order to put differences aside & team with @orangecassidy under the leadership of Brodie Lee Jr. to take on their enemy Matt Hardy & the HFO in a 16 man tag match!” Khan wrote on Twitter.
Khan announced early this morning that tonight’s show would be dedicated to Brodie Lee, who lived in Rochester. He passed away in December of last year due to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
The card for Wednesday’s Dynamite, which will be held at the Blue Cross Arena, includes:
- Dark Order and Orange Cassidy vs. Hardy Family Office sixteen-man tag match
- Miro vs. Sammy Guevara for the TNT title
- Jungle Boy vs. Adam Cole
- Cody Rhodes & Lee Johnson vs. Dante Martin & Matt Sydal
- Tay Conti & Anna Jay vs. The Bunny & Penelope Ford
