Sammy Guevara vs. Ho Ho Lun part of 12-match AEW Dark lineup
The debut of Ho Ho Lun will be part of Tuesday’s AEW Dark as he takes on former TNT Champion Sammy Guevara.
Lun is a Dragon Gate veteran who also had a 2016-2017 run in WWE NXT. The 34-year-old was in the U.S. during December and made appearances for GCW and indie promotion BIW in addition to AEW.
This will be Guevara’s first match since losing the title to Cody Rhodes on the Christmas night edition of Rampage. He will rematch with Rhodes this Saturday at the first Battle of the Belts.
Former WWE NXT wrestler Marina Shafir will make her second AEW appearance as she takes on Valentina Rossi. She debuted with a Dark loss to Kris Statlander in December so a win could indicate future plans for her.
Tuesday’s show will also see Brian Pillman Jr. in singles action against JD Drake as the former prepares for his challenge of Malakai Black on Wednesday’s Dynamite in addition to Powerhouse Hobbs of Team Taz facing Dark Order’s Colt Cabana.
Jamie Hayter, Bobby Fish, Dante Martin and Tony Nese are also set for action Tuesday.
