Sammy Guevara suffered concussion at AEW WrestleDream

Sammy Guevara is injured.
The 30-year-old suffered a concussion at AEW WrestleDream. His injury was addressed on last night’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio by our own Dave Meltzer.
“Sammy got a concussion on the pay-per-view, is what happened,” Meltzer said. “So he’s out until…It’s a concussion story, could be next week, could be who knows? But yeah, he’s out.”
Guevara teamed with Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita at WrestleDream and defeated Kota Ibushi, Chris Jericho, and Kenny Omega with Guevara getting the pin on Jericho. It’s not clear when in the match Guevara was concussed.
"No one remembers who wins the battles. They remember who wins the war" – Don Callis to Chris Jericho.

Guevara was scheduled to team with Takeshita on Dynamite in a tag match against Jericho and Ospreay on Dynamite last night. However, Callis announced Guevara was not medically cleared and would be replaced by Kyle Fletcher. Omega ended up getting the pin on Fletcher after a One-Winged Angel as Callis exclaimed on commentary that Fletcher had “screwed him.” Powerhouse Hobbs would attack Omega after the match and join the Don Callis Family as well.
