Punk, Allin, and Sting vs. MJF & FTR set for AEW Dynamite

A six-man trios match has been announced for next week’s Dynamite.
CM Punk, Darby Allin, and Sting will team together to take on MJF and FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) in a trios match. The match was announced at the end of tonight’s Dynamite after Punk made the save for Sting and Allin against FTR and MJF.
The main event of tonight’s Dynamite had MJF defeat Dante Martin to win the Dynamite Diamond for the third year in a row. FTR came out to celebrate with MJF, but then the lights went out. When they came back on, Sting and Allin were in the ring and a brawl ensued. MJF helped FTR gain the upper hand against Sting and Allin, but CM Punk then came to the ring and cleared house, saying the match had been made for next week.
Throughout tonight’s show, it was pushed that Tony Khan would have an announcement for next week’s show, which is set to take place at the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina.
Also announced for next week’s show is a singles match between Griff Garrison of the Varsity Blonds and Malakai Black. Garrison cut a promo on Dynamite promising revenge for Julia Hart, who Black attacked last week by spraying her with black mist.
