Powerhouse Hobbs wins Face of the Revolution ladder match on AEW Dynamite

Powerhouse Hobbs is next in line to get a TNT title shot.
Hobbs won the Face of the Revolution ladder match on Wednesday’s Dynamite, earning himself a TNT Championship match on next week’s show. The finish had Hobbs knocking Konosuke Takeshita off the ladder, then climbing it himself to grab the brass ring on the top, winning the match. He’ll either face Samoa Joe or Wardlow depending on the outcome of their match at AEW Revolution on Sunday.
The match featured a ton of crazy spots, mainly by the likes of Action Andretti, Kommander, and Sammy Guevara. Konosuke Takeshita, AR Fox, Eddie Kingston, and Ortiz were also in the match, though Kingston and Ortiz ended up brawling to the back early on.
Some of the highlights included Kommander running across the ring ropes and doing a big dive, wiping out the rest of the participants in the match. Sammy Guevara also hit a dive off the top of a ladder onto Andretti, with Daniel Garcia aiding him.
