MJF to kick off this week’s AEW Collision

After turning on Daniel Garcia on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, MJF will kick off this Saturday’s Collision episode.

MJF seconded Garcia to the ring for his International title challenge against Will Ospreay on Wednesday’s Dynamite, then gave Garcia a low blow before leaving him bloodied in the ring after a punch with the Dynamite Diamond ring, and hitting a tombstone off the second rope to cement his heel turn. The newly-turned heel MJF was then announced as kicking off Saturday’s Collision with a promo.

The second Owen Hart Foundation men’s tournament semifinal is also set for Saturday’s show, with the returning Hangman Page taking on Jay White for a spot in next Wednesday’s finals against Bryan Danielson.

Page made his return to AEW on Dynamite as the surprise wild card opponent for Jeff Jarrett in the Owen quarterfinals.

Women’s World Champion Toni Storm will also be in action on Saturday’s Collision, facing Trish Adora.

The announced card for the Saturday, July 6 AEW Rampage:

  • MJF kicks off the show
  • Owen Hart Foundation men’s tournament semifinals: Hangman Page vs. Jay White
  • Toni Storm vs. Trish Adora
