MJF appearance, Tag Title Eliminator tournament match added to AEW Dynamite
A Tag Team Title Eliminator Tournament match is set for Dynamite.
It was announced during Collision that The Young Bucks will meet The Outrunners this Wednesday in Chicago as AEW continues its residency in the area. The winners of the match will meet the winners of a future match between Gates of Agony and Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) in the semifinals.
The tournament started on Wednesday with FTR defeating JetSpeed in the first quarterfinal match. They will now move on to face The Bang Bang Gang (Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn) after they emerged victorious on Saturday over Big Bill and Bryan Keith. The winners of the tournament will face The Hurt Syndicate for the AEW Tag Team titles at Forbidden Door on August 24.
MJF will also appear live this Wednesday. His position in The Hurt Syndicate became shakier last week after he questioned them for associating themselves with Adam Copeland. Bobby Lashley took exception to MJF’s questioning and told him he didn’t want him in the group any longer.
