Mercedes Mone appears in audience at AEW All In

Mercedes Mone was present at AEW All In on Sunday. 

Mone was shown on camera seated in the audience during the pre-show and then again later in the night during the Trios title match. She was acknowledged on commentary and a graphic with her name appeared on the screen. 

Mone was wearing a black armband with “Windham” written on it. 

Speculation that the former IWGP Women’s Champion would be at the show began earlier on Sunday after she posted photos of herself in London on social media. 

Mone has been out of action since suffering an injury at NJPW Resurgence on May 21. Her status was addressed last month by our own Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. 

Meltzer wrote:

Even people who you would think need to know don’t know the exact time line for a Mercedes Mone return. The plan right now is that when she returns, that she will face Giulia for the New Japan Strong title.
