AEW’s TBS Champion Mercedes Mone has been announced for her first independent wrestling match since 2012.

New York-based House of Glory Wrestling revealed on Thursday that Mone will wrestle on the promotion’s Saturday, March 15 event.

A video promoting Mone’s appearance was posted to HOG’s social media accounts:

House of Glory is a wrestling school and indie promotion owned and operated by Amazing Red. Mone frequently visits the school to train with Red ahead of major matches.

The March 15 event is set for Jamaica, Queens, New York. Tickets for the show are on sale now.

Mone has not wrestled on an indie event since August 2012, two months prior to her WWE NXT debut.

In addition to holding the TBS Championship, Mone is also the NJPW Strong Women’s Champion, and the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Champion, a title that is also comprised of the Queen of Southside belt.

In AEW, a program between Mone and Harley Cameron appears to be on the docket for next Saturday’s Grand Slam Australia, although the match has yet to be officially announced.
