Matt Hardy challenges The Firm to AEW ‘Firm Deletion’ match

Matt Hardy challenged The Firm to what he called a ‘Firm Deletion’ match on AEW Rampage.

On Friday’s show, The Hardy Boyz, Hook, and Isiah Kassidy were interviewed. After Jeff Hardy talked about making his return after battling his demons, Matt Hardy officially challenged The Firm to a match at the Hardy compound putting himself, Jeff Hardy, Hook, and Kassidy against Big Bill, Lee Moriarty, Ethan Page, and Stokely Hathaway. It was not announced when the match will take place.

Earlier this month, Matt Hardy put Ethan Page in a match against Hook for the FTW Championship. Page lost, and on last week’s Dynamite Hardy revealed that he had manipulated the contract for the match, and now gets to pick a match with a stipulation where if he wins, he and Private Party are free from The Firm’s control. Members of The Firm came out to attack Hardy and Kassidy. Hook attempted to make the save, but the numbers game was against Hardy and friends until his brother Jeff made his return to AEW, evening the odds.
