Lumberjack match for All-Atlantic title set for AEW Rampage
The AEW All-Atlantic title will be on the line in a lumberjack match as part of Friday’s AEW Rampage when Orange Cassidy defends against QT Marshall.
After several weeks of Cassidy’s Best Friends group feuding with Marshall’s Factory members, Marshall threw out the challenge on Wednesday’s Dynamite which Cassidy quickly accepted.
Saraya will speak for the first time since making her in-ring return at Full Gear, sitting down with Renee Paquette.
Friday’s show will also see Darby Allin look to gain revenge against The Factory’s Cole Karter after Karter attacked him several weeks ago on behalf of Jay Lethal.
Speaking of Lethal, he and Jeff Jarrett will take on Private Party in Jarrett’s AEW TV wrestling debut. It’s possible that the winners will face AEW Tag Team Champions The Acclaimed who will be on the show to reveal who their next title defense will be against.
Former tag champions Swerve in our Glory will also speak for the first time since they failed to defeat The Acclaimed at Full Gear. After Keith Lee walked out on Swerve Strickland that night, Strickland wanted to talk to Lee on last week’s Dynamite which was then done in private at Strickland’s request.
