Jungle Boy vs. Christian Cage ‘Final Burial’ match set for AEW Revolution

A ‘Final Burial’ match between Jungle Boy Jack Perry and Christian Cage has been made official for Revolution.

Friday’s Rampage had Jungle Boy, who appeared in a cemetery, issue a response to Christian Cage’s promo on Dynamite, where he ran down both Jungle Boy and his father. Perry told Cage that since he was such a big fan of his dad, he’ll give Cage the chance to say hi to him when he puts Cage in the ground. The match was then confirmed for this Saturday.

Earlier on Friday, AEW announced on social media that the match was to be a no holds barred match. That stipulation has since been changed to a ‘Final Burial’ match, with no explanation as to what the stipulation is.

Last month, Christian Cage made his return to the company after being out of action due to a triceps injury, attacking Perry. On the February 25 edition of Dynamite, Cage assaulted Perry yet again, getting the better of him and beating Perry’s head with a steel chair.
