Julia Hart ready to make AEW return, ‘just waiting for the call’

House of Black member Julia Hart is ready to make her return to the AEW ring.

During a Sign-it-Live session for Highspots on Thursday, Hart confirmed that she’s recovered from injury and is just waiting for the call to come back to AEW programming. The former TBS Champion has been out of action for six months, last competing at AEW’s Dynasty pay-per-view this April.

“I am [ready]. I’m just waiting for the call. Who knows when I’ll pop up, I don’t know,” Hart teased.

It was noted that, with Hart ready to return to AEW, her flight for the Highspots signing wasn’t booked until a few days ago because they did not know where she would be.

The 22-year-old Hart underwent shoulder surgery after dropping the TBS Championship to Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynasty. Hart was injured going into that match but still wrestled at the PPV so she could lose the title.

Mercedes Mone is the current TBS Champion. Earlier this month, Brody King said he thinks Hart will be returning very soon and will have her eyes set on reclaiming the TBS title.

“Yeah, I think we should be seeing her very soon,” he told Stephanie Chase. “I mean, she’s been dropping hints here and there, but I think she’s ready to come back for her title.”

Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews are also members of House of Black with King and Hart.
