Jim Ross suffers black eye in fall, still set for AEW Collision


Despite suffering a black eye, Jim Ross is still headed to Chicago for the premiere episode of AEW Collision.
The 71-year-old Ross posted a tweet revealing that he suffered a black eye in a fall on Saturday morning. Ross wrote that he’s still going to Chicago to be part of the Collision premiere. The show is being held at the United Center tonight.

AEW has announced that Ross will provide “expert analysis” as part of the Collision announce team. Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness are the commentary team for the show, and they’ll be joined by Ross for the main event.
The return of CM Punk headlines Collision’s debut tonight. He’s teaming with FTR in a trios match against Samoa Joe, Jay White & Juice Robinson.
