Jeff Hardy vs. Darby Allin, CM Punk vs. John Silver set for next AEW Dynamite

The men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament officially kicks off next Wednesday on AEW Dynamite with two quarterfinal matches.

One will be a dream match as Jeff Hardy takes on Darby Allin. Hardy earned his spot Wednesday with a win over Bobby Fish in a qualifying match while Allin beat Swerve Strickland last Friday.

The other will see Adam Cole take on FTR’s Dax Harwood. Cole defeated Tomohiro Ishii to get a spot while Harwood beat his tag team partner Cash Wheeler to punch his ticket.

The entire bracket was revealed on Wednesday’s show.

CM Punk’s march to AEW World Champion Hangman Page at Double or Nothing continues as he faces Dark Order member, Page friend and New York native John Silver.

The FTW title will be on the line as Ricky Starks defends against Jungle Boy ahead of a yet-to-be announced Tag Team title match between champion Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus against Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs.

Ahead of a promised match between them, hometown boy MJF will present Wardlow with a contract that includes conditions if the match is to take place. Wardlow is looking to get out of his deal with MJF which is expected to be part of an eventual match.
