Jamie Hayter advances in AEW bracket of International Women’s Cup

Jamie Hayter is one step closer to advancing to the International Women’s Cup at January 5th’s Wrestle Dynasty in Tokyo, Japan.

On Wednesday’s Dynamite, Hayter defeated Queen Aminata in the first match of the AEW portion of the bracket. She awaits the winner of the Willow Nightingale vs. Serena Deeb match on Saturday’s Collision with the finals taking place on the Winter is Coming edition of Collision that will air on Saturday, December 14th.

The AEW bracket winner will advance to a four-way on January 5th that will also feature wrestlers from Ring of Honor, CMLL, and Stardom who are holding separate qualifiers. The overall winner will earn a future title shot in any of the four promotions she chooses.

The ROH winner will be determined in a four-way on a date to be announced between ROH Women’s Champion Athena, ROH Women’s Television Champion Red Velvet, Billie Starkz, and Leyla Hirsch.

The CMLL winner will be determined in a four-way on Friday, December 13th between Zeuxis, Reyna Isis, Persephone and Sanely, while the Stardom participants and format have yet to be announced.
