Jade Cargill vs. Marina Shafir TBS title match set for AEW Rampage
Jade Cargill will defend the TBS Championship against Marina Shafir on next week’s AEW Rampage.
The match was announced during this week’s Rampage episode. Cargill and Shafir has been building for weeks in Cargill’s backstage promo segments. Shafir made her AEW television debut on this week’s AEW Dynamite, defeating Skye Blue.
Also announced for next week, Eddie Kingston will face the Jericho Appreciation Society’s Daniel Garcia in a match where “everyone” will be banned from ringside. Garcia has been aligned with Chris Jericho, Jake Hager, and the former 2point0 in the JAS, while Kingston has formed an alliance with former Inner Circle members Santana and Ortiz.
Rampage returns to its normal 10 p.m. Eastern start time next week after airing at 7 p.m. Eastern this week due to TNT’s coverage of the NBA playoffs.
