International title match set for AEW Rampage

Orange Cassidy will defend the AEW International Championship on this Friday’s Rampage.

As announced during Wednesday’s Dynamite, Cassidy will defend the International title against QTV’s Johnny TV on the Friday, August 11th edition.

Also announced for this week’s Rampage, Darby Allin will be in action against The Mogul Embassy’s Brian Cage. The match stems from an angle during Wednesday’s Dynamite where Allin & Sting battled The Mogul Embassy in an in-ring brawl. Sting & Allin vs. Swerve Strickland & AR Fox in a coffin match has been announced for the Sunday, August 27 All In pay-per-view. 

A tournament to determine the participants in the AEW Women’s Championship match at All In will also continue on Rampage as Saraya faces Skye Blue. The winner will be added to a four-way match at All In for the Women’s title. 

Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida and Toni Storm have already qualified with the winner of next week’s Britt Baker vs. The Bunny bout rounding out the competitors.
