Hook vs. Jungle Boy FTW title match added to AEW Dynamite

After “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry turned on Hook at last month’s Forbidden Door, the FTW Champion has been trying to get his hands on Perry, albeit unsuccessfully.

That will change on this Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite from Boston as Hook will defend his title against Perry in their first-ever singles clash.

Perry has evaded Hook the past few weeks by escaping into, and through, cars. On Friday’s Rampage, Hook issued the challenge to Perry in a pre-taped promo.

Hook, who has held the title for nearly a year, will be gunning for his eighth title defense while Perry is looking for his first AEW singles title of any kind.

The new addition to the show joins the already-announced Blood & Guts double cage match and the finals of the AEW Blind Eliminator tag team tournament.
