Hook match, women’s tag team bout set for AEW Rampage
Next Friday’s AEW Rampage will see the return of undefeated rookie sensation Hook against an opponent to be named.
The son of Taz appeared on Friday’s show in what was supposed to be a confrontation of sorts with Danhausen. However, Mark Sterling interrupted to distract the two, leading to Tony Nese attacking from behind. Hook eventually took Nese out with a gutwrench suplex to send him packing.
The show will air at 7 PM Eastern due to the NHL playoffs on TNT.
In a preview of the women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, Toni Storm will team with Ruby Soho against rivals Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter.
Storm and Hayter will clash in the first round of the tournament while opponents for Baker and Soho have yet to be announced.
More matches and segments will be announced for next Friday’s show which will be taped after Dynamite Wednesday in Baltimore, Maryland.
