Hangman Page vs. Adam Cole AEW World title match set for April 15 Rampage

A rematch between Adam Cole and Adam Page has been set for next week’s Rampage.

After Cole defeated Christian Cage in the opening match of tonight’s Dynamite, Hangman Page came out to confront Cole. Cole said he wanted nothing to do with Page until he got a championship match. Page granted him the match for next week’s live edition of Rampage and said it would be a Texas Death Match, as the show will take place in Garland, Texas.

Cole and Page have been feuding for months. The two had their first match at AEW Revolution, with Page defeating Cole to retain the AEW World Championship. Since then, Cole has insisted on getting a rematch for the title, going as far as stealing the AEW World Championship. On last week’s Dynamite, Page and Jurassic Express interrupted Cole and reDRagon’s “championship celebration” by attacking them and taking back their titles.

Next Friday’s Rampage will take place at the Curtis Culwell Center. AEW is also scheduled to tape their second Battle of the Belts show the same night.
