FTR vs. Young Bucks for AAA & ROH Tag titles announced for AEW Dynamite
A match between FTR and The Young Bucks has been announced for this Wednesday following an angle that took place at tonight’s ROH Supercard of Honor event.
At tonight’s ROH show, FTR defeated The Briscoes to win the World Tag Team Championships. After the match, The Young Bucks came out and attacked The Briscoes, causing FTR to come back to make the save. Dax Harwood then again made the challenge to The Bucks, challenging them to a match right then and now. Matt Jackson said instead they would have a match this Wednesday on Dynamite.
It was announced later in the show that the match would be for both the AAA and ROH Tag Team titles.
In recent weeks, FTR has crossed paths with The Young Bucks over who is the best team in wrestling. On this past Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite, Dax Harwood had issued the challenge to the Bucks for another match. They first faced each other at Full Gear 2020, where The Young Bucks defeated FTR to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Additionally, a match between Christian Cage and Adam Cole was also announced for Wednesday. Cage and Jurrassic Express have been feuding with Adam Cole and reDRagon, with the Super Elite stealing Jurrassic Express’ AEW World Tag Team Championships on Rampage last week.
