Coming off his ROH World Championship loss, Chris Jericho is scheduled to appear on AEW Dynamite tonight.
A TV Time segment with Jericho has been announced for tonight’s Dynamite episode. He’ll address his loss from Dynasty, where Bandido defeated Jericho to become the new ROH World Champion.
The Jericho vs. Bandido match had a title vs. mask stipulation. It appeared that Jericho had won and Bandido would need to unmask, but the match was restarted because Jericho had used a baseball bat as a weapon while the referee was distracted. Bandido then hit the 21 Plex to get the win.
Bandido celebrated with his family in the ring after winning the title. There was a moment near the end of the match where Bandido’s sister slapped Jericho after he grabbed her by the hair at ringside.
This is Bandido’s second reign as ROH World Champion but the first time he’s held the title in the Tony Khan era. His first reign happened while Sinclair Broadcast Group owned the promotion.
Baltimore, Maryland is the location for tonight’s Dynamite episode. Here is everything that has been announced:
